transcosmos Unveils Fukuoka Call Center Business

transcosmos has expanded its call center marketing chain management center Fukuoka to meet its growing business needs. The call center, now known as MCM Center Fukuoka, has begun operations on December 17, 2012.
The city of Fukuoka is the largest city in the Kyushu region where several major companies in the finance, communications and manufacturing sector have established their bases.
transcosmos has added 534.72 m2 area, making the total floor area of the MCM Center to 3388.27m2.
The MCM Center Fukuoka, which was established in June 2008, provides a wide range of call center services for the finance, communications, manufacturing and mail order industries.
It delivers various types of information such that for products and campaigns, outbound calling operations including collection calls and technical support operations requiring high technology.
The center now includes 200 more work stations than ever before that are designed to accommodate business expansion associated with the procurement of new projects. The company also unveiled plans to expand operations focusing on areas such as technical support and financial services, and will be hiring 300 additional employees. This expansion will help transcosmos meet the growing demands from client companies and help it enhance facilities and services. It will also create new job opportunities in the local community and bring development of the community.
transcosmos provides overall IT outsourcing services ranging from call center services and business process outsourcing services, and digital marketing services. These services are delivered either as standalone solution or as combined services enabling companies to optimize their marketing efficiencies, expand sales, gain new customers in their respective business, and reduce clients operational cost.
